Our Lady of Guadalupe Home

Two teenage girls, victims of domestic violence and incest, receive monthly counselling to help them cope with the problems encountered. The counselling sessions which were started in 2009 have been commended by Sister Gertrude who runs the Home.

Positive progress with improved attitudes and behaviour has been noted. A reconciliation has been brought about between one of the girls with her parents through “patient loving and loving patience” by all those involved in assisting her to overcome many problems encountered in her young life.
