In May 2021, the set-up of a Distribution Centre and Distribution Team saw the Mustique Charitable Trust office managing and executing the distribution of relief supplies. Our Team and trucks went into the Red and Orange Zones where we would distribute directly to the impacted villagers who were most in need. Our direct distribution lasted for nine (9) months from May 2021 to January 2022, reached over 14,000 villagers in 28 Villages.
Distribution Comes to an End
Distribution ended after nine (9) unforgettable months. It was indeed a challenging but very enlightening experience for all the Distribution Team Members who were with us on the ground. During that time, the Mustique VERF Distribution Team became a part of the communities in the Red and Orange Zones
We all have emotional memories and though it was hard at times, we all gave it our best for the benefit of those children, farmers and villagers that we saw in unfortunate circumstances.
It was a life-changing experience and all that was witnessed will constantly remain in our thoughts as we continue our objectives to help those most in need.
