750 Farmers’ Tool Kits were distributed between December 2021 and January 2022 to the “most in need” small farmers in the Red and Orange Zones, whose crops, farmland and tools were impacted severely by the ash fall. Our hopes are that providing these tool kits would help to increase their productivity and food security.
Farmers were emotionally moved when they received their tool kits and voiced that they have never seen a program like this before which is helping the poor small farmers.
