In February 2016 the centre celebrated its 20th anniversary since it started giving specialised care to children with severe challenges. Here they enjoy a range of activities aimed at unlocking the potential of each child. The MCT funded washroom refurbishment was completed in time for the anniversary. Ceiling fans and a new cooker were also installed. The centre now has a preschool section so the upgrade to the facilities was much appreciated.
