Early Childhood Education

In 2014 fifteen young women were sponsored to attend Early Childhood Education at the Vinsave Centre in order to help increase the number of trained preschool teachers in SVG. During the six month programme at Vinsave sessions on early childhood development, subjects such as teaching the young child, health and nutrition, number and letter recognition and the creative arts are core study areas. This was followed by a three month internship putting theory into practice.

All students graduated with a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and thanked the Trusts for enabling them to improve their teaching skills.
